Healthy Weight Loss Tips: Diet, Exercise, and Stress Management
With spring finally here, let The Center for Physical Health guide you in the right direction for weight loss this season! Follow along with us for the month of May to learn about proper aerobic exercise, nutritional needs, and stress management. These three components play a major role in maintaining a healthy weight and a holistic lifestyle. Let us provide you with the answers to your questions with a monthly open discussion. A unique, scientific approach will be taken to all written articles utilizing the newest research available. Take a journey with The Center for Physical Health in defying exercise and nutrition based myths that are out there today!
We are also excited to announce a contest for those who become active followers of the Center for Physical Health. Once a week a question regarding the weekly topic will be posted, and you will have the chance to answer each question, make comments, and receive feedback from our personnel. Those who are the most responsive will win a Center for Physical Health t-shirt! Everyone who responds will be put into a monthly drawing, becoming eligible to win a fitness screen and personal training session ($150.00).
We will begin next week by educating you on the frequency of exercise, intensity of the activity, how long you should partake in the activity, and the type of physical activity you should do for your weight-loss goals!
